ok, so we made the pear galette this evening...well, i wrote out the recipe, but mark made it...and it was everything we dreamed of and more! so great. mark found a recipe for quick pie crust that was amazing. thanks for the post, this will be a family favorite! hey- i was visiting my cousin's blog and she recently got a pasta maker- like old fashioned crank to make sbaghetti noodles- simple recipe, and she raves about how good it is. we're daydreaming about that now- i think the kids would love making noodles!
